Uses permitted shall include any and all uses subject to review by the City Planning Commission and to approval by the City Council, provided, that the major land use shall correspond to the most general category of land use proposed in the Master Plan for the area involved. Land use categories include residential, retail and local services, industrial, mixed use, parks and open space, and other. Medical marijuana facilities and adult-use marijuana establishments, as specified in Section 50-12-110 of this Code, are not permitted on land zoned PD, where established as a residential planned development.
