(a) Each licensee shall display, at each entrance to any commercial parking lot, a permanently display at all times, on a sign constructed and operated in accordance with Chapter 4 of this Code and in a manner that is suitable to apprise persons using such lot, the name of the licensee, the address of the lot, the hours of the day and night during which such places are open for storing motor vehicles, and the rates charged for such storage. All such information shall be displayed using numbers, letters, and figures not less than 6 inches in height. Where more than one rate is charged for parking, all rates shall be displayed in the same size and dimensions.
(b) Where separate rates or charges are made during the day, notice thereof shall be displayed as described in Subsection (a) of this section.
